Terms and Conditions of Membership

• Membership is subject to execution of Membership Agreement

• Court hire and Dr Dish hire are subject to availability. Online bookings recommended.

• There is no guarantee of Peak or Off-Peak Casual Shooting places should member choose to walk in

• Proof of membership must be available for inspection on demand

• Acceptable forms of ID are limited to: Driver's License, Passport, Australian Birth Certificate, Australian Citizenship Document, School Picture ID, Working With Children Card

• No U18 in after hours access unless accompanied by Adult that is nominated on their AND1 Membership

• No tailgating allowed. Fine of $250 per tailgater will be applied. Membership access is suspended until fines paid, but Direct Debits still accrue. Repeat offences may result in cancellation of membership

• To cancel membership allow 1 payment cycle (fortnight)​

• 3 Day Cooling-Off period applies

• First payment will be taken out between 3-5 days from signup

• All adult applicants are required to sign direct debit authority form as provided by Debit Success, the direct debit agent

• Direct Debit payment agreement establishes a financial relationship between the member and Debit Success

• Dishonoured payments will result in suspension of Membership Access until arrears is cleared

• All players play at their own risk and waive Hoops247 or management thereof's liability.

• Refunds will be offered only in conditions approved by management.

• All players must wear correct footwear designed for the sport they are playing

• Players must stay on the court they are allocated to

• Any adjustment to court equipment must be done by staff members​

• There is zero tolerance for failure to adhere to safety, hygiene, behaviour and drugs policy 

• Any anti social or violent behaviour will not be tolerated and results in removal from venue, and may result in cancellation of Membership and other sanctions at Management discretion

• DR Dish Hire requires staff member to set up and break down. Any customer found tampering with the DR Dish does so at their own risk and will be liable for repair/replacement cost

• Hoops247 maintains the right to vary these terms without notice
